Very easy to use. Great for foreigners. Instructions are in English, but learning to read Japanese sentences at the same time. The app is very strict on stroke steps. So if you follow its directions, you will write it correctly the way Japanese is supposed to be. I like the review on my weaknesses at each practice, and the app helps me.

Its a great free learning app for people who have a basic understanding of Japanese. The menus are intuitive and it allows you to repetitively quiz yourself in a way thats quick and effective. The images that come with each kanji are also a nice way to remember the meanings of each kanji. I do wish that the sample sentences would have an English translation somewhere however, as I have to exit the app to search up the definitions of words whenever I encounter one that I don’t know. Overall, it’s a nice app if you are looking for something to do thats productive whenever you have a few free minutes here and there. Considering it’s free, I am very happy with it.
