I booked a beauty bundle through their app. I was very excited about the price which was better than what I sually pay twice a month at my usual salon, and I was super excited about the fact that I don't have to leave my house or go to the salon straight after work and be stuck in the traffic! The price was amazing so I wasn't expecting the incredible service i received. Two ladies showed up at my house, greeted me and introduced themselves. They set up in my living room and asked me what shape I was looking for my nails and if i have any specific comments. I got to watch my favorite show, sit comfortably in my home, and get pampered! Lovvvvved the experience and recommended it to all my friends!!

While the convenience of home service is great, the nurse showed up 1 hour late and the result had the wrong DOB and time stamp which would present me from travelling due to the 48 hours guideline. When I called Rizek - they were EXTREMELY unhelpful, telling me again and again they would reach out to me in “ASAP” with no real explanation. I waited 4 hours with no call from them, called back and again they just said someone will reach back to me “ASAP.” Since I had a flight in the morning, I ended up going directly to the lab and there they weren’t even informed of the full error! I had to run around the entire day before my flight to fix an error that Rizek should have taken responsibility for! I eventually called the nurse from the laboratory and both of them were extremely helpful unlike the Rizek customer service who didn’t even call me after my 2nd call when they had commîted to solving this. Horrible experience, first and last time I will do anything with Rizek!! They are just trying to make money. Do not use Rizek!!!

I would like to say, I had no idea about this app. Simply was looking for a quick and reliable service for acquiring a PCR test to my friend that was traveling in 48hours. I saw this app on the Google search and I decided to try it. Firstly, I was super impressed by how user friendly it is, secondly and most importantly decided to give a call to the customer service number of which I was transferred to Lamia, super prompt and professional lady that truly was very kind and helpful in doing the extra mile in ensuring my service was met in due time and completion. Results came out before the expected given time by the professionals and overall, I would highly recommend it and use it again for all services. Such a lovely app with extremely professional and sweet staff!
