ZYGON

I believe Zygon is the first review I have ever left for an app. I've been a user for 2+ years, paid for the month to month subscription, and find the videos, the courses incredibly useful. There are a lot courses nowdays that promise something similar, but this technology has been around since the 80's (from my understanding). Try it out, if you don't like it after 30 days, pay no more, but you will still leave having gained a new perspective on what it means to change old beliefs and how to bring out the best in yourself.
