The app is simple and easy to use. Also, it’s a great way to get in your cardio. I did nearly 1 hour worth of bike riding in a little bit of time it took to get it set up definitely recommend.

*User of app: be sure and check you bicycle back in even if you pick one or three hours- it doesn’t just expire. You have to tell the app you’re finished with your rental! I’m sure it says that in the terms and services but I surely didn’t read that being impatient and on vaca wanting to take the bike to run and grab a couple groceries for the week. Ok with that being said- I woke up on day 3 of my vaca after renting two bikes in two days- one for 3 hours and one for 12- but I didn’t check them back in- so I look on my bank statement and I was charged almost over $300. I was like this is going to be a nightmare to dispute and prove I only rented them for a couple hours each time…. MY PHONE RINGS AND ITS THEM- the company- Zybra Bikes!!! as I was looking at my statement a few moments ago- and they say- hey, something doesn’t seem right- we will fix it for you and you will only be charged for the amount you originally purchased!!! What??!?!? 🤯🤯🤯 They could easily pull the wool over peoples eyes on this bc who is looking at the terms and service on vacation trying to rent a bike??? Or maybe I’m the only one haha but if I’m not- you’ll be fine! And they are watching out for your best interest. Thank you so much Zybra App!! As a bike advocate and a gravel race Director back home, who only wants more people to be and enjoy bikes this company has morals and for that I’m unbelievably grateful- 🥰🥰🥰

I use bike ride share apps in many cities. Nyc Citi bike for example. This app is unusual in that after you return the bike and it is locked in the station, you still have to go into the app to end the session. If you don’t it continues to charge you. I had returned the bike in time but didn’t know about needing to go into the app. Why is their station not equipped to register the bike return and end the session. I complained and they returned my over change. But i felt less aware customers Woukd be taken advantage of and this app makes money off that extra unnecessary charge. They need to properly end the bike rental session based on the dock.
