🚨 Do NOT Buy This DOORBELL. 🚨 My society mandated the Zunpulse Doorbell, and it is a non-functional piece of plastic. (Note: This review is specific to the DOORBELL product.) It fails at the single job of a doorbell, and then forces you into a humiliating charging ritual. 🔔 The Performance Failures: • The Wi-Fi Ghost: It disconnects from Wi-Fi constantly. Visitors have to knock and ask if my bell is broken. The sound is an afterthought, ringing on a \sim 2s delay—I've nearly ordered pizza by the time the chime goes off. • Split Personality Syndrome: The outdoor button rings to trick the visitor, while the indoor chime stays silent. It's actively lying to people! 🔋 The Charging Nightmare (It gets worse): I have to manually remove and recharge my doorbell—imagine charging a doorbell! It’s like owning a cordless phone from 1998. And the charging cable? It's Micro USB! We are nearing 2026, and this "smart" device requires a charging technology that belongs in a museum. Final Verdict: Buy a mechanical bell. It requires zero charging, connects instantly, and has never, ever been confused by a Wi-Fi outage. This specific Zunpulse Doorbell product is an absolute joke.

The smart bulbs do not work, the customer service team is pathetic. The bulb was not connecting to the app, I raised a query 3-4 days later someone from the company called and said there’s a glitch in the app it’ll be resolved in a few days, 2 weeks passed and now I cannot return the bulb, as the return window is over. Please do not buy from them. The lights cannot even function as normal white bulbs because they get randomly reset and start blinking rapidly. Pathetic. Please get home automation products from Smitch, Phillips, even Mi works better. The only reason I bought from them was they said the software is made in India, so much for that. Stop milking Make in India campaign if you cannot provide quality.

Recently purchased smart bulb and smart plug, the bulb is just a wonderful device I can use it for every purpose whether it be some celebration time or be the me time, works as a night bulb as well enough brightness compared to 9/10W. Plug is also very beneficial for daily life, the scheduler feature in it is just Wow.
