Zubie

Only have 2 zubie keys. One quit after 2 days. One was still working good. Did update Saturday and now the other zubie key doesn’t update on the map. Have called and left messages, no return calls. Same with emails. Edit October 11, 2018. Soon as my year is up I’m totally ditching this company. I think the only customer support they have is the person who responds to these reviews. I’ve given up on them. Have a broken zubie key and I’ve given up trying to get a new one. Go to Verizon and get their gps if you need one. That’s where I’ll be going

Since your ‘update’ today, notifications has stopped sending to my phone. My iPad did not get the update and is still working with notifications. Live map on the phone looks like the device was unplugged when making it to the last stop. Not a good update if you ask me. It seems worse. You need to review your ‘bug fixes’ as it was working just fine until the update today 😕

This app used to be good 2 years ago. Right now it’s not updating the map for days and trips are not updating for hours or days. This is completely unacceptable. I use three Zubies for my business to keep track of where they are and now it’s completely worthless. Fix it ASAP! Update: I also contacted the developer directly. They fixed the issue pretty quick. I still have connectivity issues in certain areas. This is to the best of my knowledge a problem concerning the cell provider. I can live with that since I am in a very rural part of Florida.
