This app is ridiculous when trying to process payments it constantly needs to re-upload the same photos that are uploaded in the beginning of the work order often causing a 15 to 20 minute delay in payment processing which makes for awkward moments waiting for the payment to process in front of customers

I have been using serviceminder for several years now and have never been less than happy. It has increased my efficiency in working with and serving my clients. The staff has been top-notch and is always quick to respond to my questions and requests. The platform is ever evolving and I feel like I get the benefit of being a part of something that is larger than just the service I provide. Features such as 2-way texting, client notifications and marketing has helped to take my business to the next level. It's like having my own personal assistant right in my pocket every day.
