Ziglu. Money, done differently

I’ve been in crypto for sometime now, and this app is amazingly reliable and user friendly with the goal to help people invest & increase whatever extra cash they have to save for the future , it’s so comforting knowing that there’s reliable customer service that’s actually one call or chat away. The % fee is higher than other places to buy the crypto due to the user friendly ness of the app and the smooth and simple convert cash to crypto + stake with crypto and a bank all in one app. I recommend this app to any and everyone. Perfect app to put your cash into your favourite crypto and watch your investment increase in value over the months, with the luxury to then be able to instantly at anytime convert your crypto back to cash instantly and then be able to spend it with there Ziglu glow in the dark Bank Card. Where to begin, signing up was easy enough, albeit there is caps lock on surnames which grates me however is not enough to warrant a single star. The problem comes with the absurdity of having to re register every time I want to use this app, the fact that the bank card still hasn’t arrived and more importantly verification codes do not get sent. Ultimately meaning one cannot access their account. So the app is incredibly flawed and prevents you from using basic features. You are unable to transfer crypto to your wallet is another major flaw meaning you can only purchase through Ziglu. All the promises in the world coming from a fairly decent start up bank such as starling only leads to more disappointment, and concern for the later usage as well. All in all this is at current a useless banking account for the lack of support over weekends and gaining access. Which without these leaves not much to make the transition to Ziglu. I’ll be deleting this account and searching for a more stable bank to use.

No surprise the interface is really simple and everything is easy to navigate. The market updates are fast but would like to see more daily historical than just up down from open. Currently have to use another data source for that when it could be in here? Solid and really quick to communicate with. As always with a new app, I look forward to seeing what other innovative features are going to be released and the next phase of products and services which build on the experience :)
