Zenpark - Parkings

I used the app a few times and it’s usually reliable. But a few weeks ago we had a very dangerous situation. We got stuck at a parking and the app was not responding or allowing us to open the door and leave. We were trapped and there’s no support or emergency assistance number. It was a very unpleasant situation. After 30-45 mins luckily someone opened the garage door and we were able to leave.

Have been using Zenpark for awhile. Convenient app 👍🏻… but twice has let me down. Maybe my own fault. Once, the parking lot I reserved was unreachable because of roadworks. And then again today, I began my reservation without being signed in. Once I signed in the price jumped by 30% for a 4 hour reservation. Not cool
