This app has lots of bad reviews and honest I cannot relate. I haven’t had a major problem with this app at all and when I do have a problem with it (which has only been one time and I’ve had this app for 3 months) the simple help settings which I thought were NOT going to help considering the bad translations and grammar.. actually did!… I lost my LED remote and I was so upset because I thought I was going to have to buy a $h1tty, expensive app and ZENGGE is neither. A month later I finally found my LED switch but I don’t even touch it anymore because the app has everything and more. The microphone option works flawlessly, I use it for music, btw if you just want your music and not your voice synced with your lights it works only with the ‘App microphone’ option and max sensitivity. And what kind of LED light app has a ‘Cinema option’?!? ((I haven’t used it yet and probably never will because my LED lights are in my room and I hate having a TV in my room)). And the ‘camera’ option is REALLY cool and matches colors *almost* exactly. Sooo if you want to rate this app badly because it ‘doesn’t work’(?) try just pressing the cutesy lil help button 😊

this app is fine, i haven’t really tried all the features. i only care about the color wheel and dimming, which are really nice! i love the freedom to choose any color and it immediately displays it through the light. this app started up and connected to my lamp no problem, it’s been working perfectly the past few days i’ve had it. the problem: i just tried using the app like normal and it did nothing. i tried turning the lamp on and off manually, restarting bluetooth, nothing helped. ALTHOUGH, i was able to reinstall the app and it finally worked again. *hopefully* this is a sure fix for anyone having trouble with the app, but…it shouldn’t have to be? developers please refine your app🙏 i understand this is cheap but it pays to put some more quality and attention to detail into your product.

Edit: I figured out how to make the timer work per light. Apparently if a light is in a group with a timer, all the other lights in its other group (not in the shared group with the timer) will inherit that group's timer in the settings. Or something. It's a bit confusing. But if no lights overlap between groups, each group can have its own timer. So upping to 4 stars. You can also NOT set a color on the timer, and it will inherit whatever light setting it had when last turned off, so that sorta allows me to do the second thing, if clumsy. Only two last requests is the ability to name the lights created by multilight settings. ORIGIONAL: Actually, this is one of the best LED strip apps I've found. I'd give it 5 stars EXCEPT for two simple, but really important functions. First, the timer is not light specific. You can set a light to come on at a specific time and color... but only if you want ALL your lights to come on, and all your lights to be the same color. You can't set a timer for each light, or for a group, and you can't have one light one accent color, and then another light something else. So, I just bought six light strips after trying out one and loving it... and now every light in my house comes on and off at the same time, and all are the same. It completely defeats the purpose of the timer. I would love it if that were a feature that could be added - timer for each group and light, and independent color for each. Second, the timer doesn't let you select the custom multi-colors that you create. So if you do set up a custom light, you have to manually set it up. This would be a 5 star app if not for that. Please consider adding these two features. It's very missing. Thank you again. :)
