Zedvance: Loans & Bills

This app is extremely disappointing. I originally downloaded it just to carry out transactions, but after sending money, the transaction didn’t reflect and I had to wait several days without any clear resolution. To make matters worse, I later tried the loan feature and applied for just ₦2,000. More than 10 days later, the status still shows “Under Review” with no update or explanation. The app’s interface is also confusing because there is no proper section where you can track the progress of your loan application. Poor service, poor communication, and an overall frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very cautious before using this app or do not use it at all.

This app is very fake and the customer care service seems to be scared of replying to setting questions. I was this app or bank on social media where I came across it, and it said about giving loans and I was exaggerated on trying it. To cut the story short I downloaded and did all follow ups and unfortunately I wasn’t given the loan the worse and painful part is they won’t even let me delete the account to help me erase my data from their system because I don’t trust them. Anyone hoping to get a loan kindly avoid this bank they seems to be into Ponzi scheme avoid this app

Actually, I just downloaded the app because of the Loan so far so good. I can’t say any bad thing about app
