ZebPay: Bitcoin & Crypto App

These people will sell your crypto without your knowledge and the worst part is that you would receive any money. That's their monthly fees arrangement. Question remain: they can charge fees, it's their right, but how can they sell your investments, what if they sell for thousand bucks and after a year if your crypto reaches 10-20 times their current value, you'll not benefit as they might have sold your crypto because of your inactivity. They are kind of a cheat who preys on misinformation and less information. So, if you're planning on investing once, this is not the app for you. If you regularly want to invest and withdraw then I would still suggest you to try other apps which doesn't have such predatory instincts. Why you ask ?because you have agreed to their conditions and they might add other fees to eat up up investments. When somebody cheats you, you shouldn't trut them on any conditions. Hope some people will read my genuine concern regarding such platforms.

Not at all happy with the app. There is hardly any information available and it seems that the developers are undecided as to the overall interface of the offering. Sent them an email and got a response that “for security reasons” no response will be given via emails and that I need to use the mobile app. Went to the support page on the mobile app and I can not seem to select any option. I had bought some tokens and I asked for a statement. They emailed me the same and it clearly shows all the purchases date wise. However, the mobile app shows a different total of the number of tokens I have and your statement shows a different total. On other crypto platforms, I can review all my past orders on the mobile app and here there seems to be no such option. Don’t understand why! I can not reconcile all the purchases made so far and you all do not even send any email confirmation for any trades. Here again, with another platform, I get an email for each purchase or sale. Lastly, I also am unable to see my ledger. I wanted to see if there is a proper credit of the funds I remitted and there is proper deductions against all purchases. Guess what, no such option visible. If you all are willing to email me the copy of my trade statement then why you are unable to answer some simple query that I put up by email? Will perhaps simply dispose or transfer all what I have and close my account. Totally disappointed.

I started trading with zebpay more than an year. I’m not worried on charges. If you wanna trade big this is not the right platform. I traded more than 15 Million INR in this one year. Transactions with lesser amounts will be done on a faster pace. Transactions valued more than 250K is always delayed even after white listing the external wallet. I faced this issue 9 times. Even today transferred Approx 120K TRX to my external wallet but it’s not yet credited to my external wallet after two hours, Zebpay gave confirmation that my TRX transfer is successful. Checked on Tronscan, no transactions found,Shockingly in Tronscan zebpay has approx 71K TRX only in their wallet. Confused how they initiated my buy order?. Now price fell down by approx 5%. Checked in zebpay send page no confirmation Id. Created support ticket Twice….. no response.
