Yogaworks: Yoga & Pilates

I’ve used yoga works for years. I love yoga and Pilates, but my schedule is so erratic that I can’t make classes on the regular. And while I’ve been practicing long enough to know the poses and can do my own routine, it’s hard to turn off and really clear my head. Yoga works is that great in between. I can practice on my own schedule with an instructor who can guide me, letting me relax and get out of my head. The instructors are great, everyone can find someone that fits their needs.

I have been practicing with YogaWorks for a few years now. I enjoy the live stream classes and wish I committed to streaming them sooner! It would be nice if there were live stream level 2-3 in the evening instead of YogaWorks and Barre being the only weekday evening classes. All the instructors are a little different, but always lead a great class that is never the same. A few of the instructors I really loved are no longer with YogaWorks but their content is still available (Gustavo and Jesse- wish they would return as teachers or sub). I wish Sun A and B were standard in all the vinyasa classes. The BodyWorks and Pilates classes hit all the right places! Overall I would recommend the app to anyone who wants to develop a consistent home practice.

I joined Yogaworks during the pandemic and had a daily practice and loved that I could have live classes with interactions with others in my own home. I also could choose from over 1300 classes and sort by teacher style length of time level, etc. so it’s really customized for what I’m feeling I need at that time. I have an advanced yoga practice but sometimes just need a restful therapeutic class and others more flowing and physically challenging. This platform has it all and although it is a small business, they have a national and international following for good reason. They listen to feedback and their customer service is excellent and the classes can meet all needs from beginners to advanced.
