Before using this app I had shoulder instability, and hip pain. I’ve been using it 3 times per week and after about a month I noticed that my shoulder problems have completely disappeared. After 3 more weeks my hip pain has dropped to 1 on a scale from 0 to 10. I’m planning to make yoga by vgfit a part of my life. Great job guys.
As a true beginner, I have wanted to try yoga for some time but needed something like your app to get me going. I definitely need to work on my balance, but this app allows me the time I need to work on each pose. I really love the ability to download the individual videos for each pose, along with the class videos. In another update, if you could have the woman's voice speak the explanation of each pose as the young lady demonstrates it in the video - that would be magic for a beginner like me. Then I could just have my iPad play each pose and not have to look at the screen the whole time while trying to balance and perform the pose as well. You have done a wonderful job putting this together - thank you!
Very nice way to get introduced to yoga as a beginner (i.e. just beginning using this app). Some things were a little harder than I was expecting for being the beginning classes, but I think it will be easy to pick up on with a few more tries.
