Yoga Nidra

This is my favorite yoga nidra app. Thank you so much for adding back the ability to mute the background music. Great customer service!

There are so few authentic yoga Nidra apps that contain the level of depth and insight that this one does. I think her accent is endearing and the app only crashes if you keep trying to change the volume. If you set it and leave it it works perfectly. I use this almost every day and prefer it to everything else I’ve tried. It’s an idiosyncratic gem.

I'm impressed! Have had this app for several days and love it. There are several audio programs to choose from and I especially enjoy "Inner Journey" and "Tantric Chakra." I wish there were an optional repeat button. I also wish the countdowns from 27-to-zero allowed the time to actually complete the full count. In "Inner Journey" there are three such countdowns, each only lasting for five breaths. I suggest either changing the audio to match the time allowance or preferably, lengthen the time. These are minor complaints. I highly recommend this app both for experienced Nidra practitioners as well as for anyone seeking a technique to relax.
