App does not work on 17pro max 5g and now I canโt get into my cameras. Asks me to allow to my photos and networks but nothing for my cameras comes up. Horrible company who nickel and dines you every step of the way. Previous phone was 11pro max 4g and no issues.
Had an issue with the plans so I decided to cancel them. They kept offering alternatives although I told them to stop charging me completely. Went to the customer support option in the app and tried replying but somehow my responses werenโt showing up when I pressed enter after typing. 1st issue from last Nov/Dec- 2 plans were purchased by accident since on my end, it was just buffering and it didnโt show any kind of sign that a plan was purchased. I didnโt know until later on so I had to bring it up to them and apple. I got my money back but I just wanted to keep one. I ended up cancelling both of them later on since another issue occurred where they tried charging me for something else and it was becoming frustrating so I decided to just cancel completely. 2nd issue- I noticed after Dec both the plans were off the app completely so I thought they were done charging completely but no I was wrong. I got a notification earlier today that they tried charging me even though it CLEARLY SAIDS BOTH PLANS ARE NOT ACTIVE. Do not trust this app and company. Thankfully Apple is denying each time they trying to take from my account. If you try contacting customer service, your responses wonโt go through. Also, if you try emailing them, the email only saids itโs too full and canโt accept messages. I repeat, DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR COMPANY. They will continue to charge your card even after you cancel the plans. I would give no star if I had a choice.
This app used to be great. But now it has a significant amount of ads to the point it takes about 45 seconds to one minute to be able to access any camera. That is not good in an emergency setting. I subscribed while we were on vacation thinking that I would unsubscribe when I get home. WARNING: THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LET YOU UNSUBSCRIBE. When you try to unsubscribe in the app, it takes you to an AI powered Chatbot that allows you to ask questions, but you are only able to email customer service. When I email customer service, they come back with an offer, but no way to unsubscribe. After constant messages to them, begging them to unsubscribe me, I still have not been successful in cancelling my service. Itโs been two months and I have been charged twice now. Luckily, I have reported this to my bank as a scam and got reimbursed. I will also have to delete my account (and will throw in my cameras), which I am honestly not sad about because I hate this company that much for eating up so much of my time. DO NOT USE THESE CAMERAS!!
