YES PAY Next: UPI, CBDC, Bills

Very disappointing experience with YES Pay Next. The app keeps showing “Session Timeout” error again and again, even with a strong internet connection. It logs out automatically and sometimes doesn’t even allow login properly. I tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache, switching WiFi to mobile data, and updating the app, but the problem is still there. Because of this issue, I am unable to make payments on time and it becomes stressful. YES Bank should fix this bug immediately and improve app stability. Banking apps should be reliable, but this one is not.

The app is good to use and has good features but I think Yes Bank Needs to pay more attention and work on it just like HDFC’s PAYZAPP yes bank has NEXT. Another thing there is no direct customer support option and no on call support what if your customer wants to give feedback or has an issue then what so I liked the ui features etc of the app but need to work on more. Hope Yes bank reads this and tries to implement in their app.
