X's and O's Football

My little cousin first introduced this game to me and I fell in love with it. Now me and my brother constantly play it. However, the game is very glitchy. The game sometimes ends randomly for no apparent reason, even if the score is tied. Also on defense, it’s really hard to get a stop. I really love the simple concept, but if you could perfect it… it would be top 5 easily

Love the core of it, just has more of a proof of concept feel rather than a completeness to it. Would love to see true man-to-man on defense, some options for blocking/delayed routes, also maybe the CPU not running out of bounds on offense :) Super excited to see what this could turn into!

I do enjoy this game, but there is one major flaw. Pass plays are simple- just draw your routes. Run plays are more confusing- I can't figure out why they work when they do or why they don't when they don't. Biggest issue for me is defense: the players literally will only follow the line you draw for them — they'll literally just stand there with nobody blocking them as an offensive player runs by right next to them. This gets very frustrating, as either your defensive players end up where the ball carrier is at the right timr, or the offense burns you. What would make a huge difference is adding man-man coverage or zone defense options. I realize this would require significant additional programming but it would upgrade this app from a very interesting but flawed time-killer to a legit game that you could actually make money on. Really hope you guys continue to develop this game as its a few steps away from being fantastic!
