I would rate this 4 and a half but that is not a option. anyway when I try to delete a character it crashes the program. I would like this fixed so I can add more to my keyboard because I have 1000 characters and can’t delete any. Also when adding the candidate keys I can not add new characters. another thing with candidate keys is that when they go off screen they should be put on top maybe make a max 3 lines but still this would help greatly. last thing is I would like some kind of suggestions feature, where you can put a slot for suggestions and maybe a user would have to make it them selves but could show words to use next or predict what is next. besides that just keep adding new features
For keyboard customization geeks, this is the app you have been waiting for - the only iOS app I've found that literally lets you make keyboards for your iPad or iPhone. Although the learning curve is somewhat tricky, once you've figured out the basics and start to discover the hidden shortcuts, things move much more quickly. One particularly neat aspect of the app is the ability to assign to keys not just letters or symbols but "words." The possibilities there are exciting once you stop and think about it. Need a series of coding words at your fingertips, for example? Update: After using this app for several months, I've gotten quite familiar with its particular controls. The app has become indispensible for me. I've actually been able to make keyboards that I can use my fingers to type on in practically the same way that I use a "regular" keyboard. Never able to accomplish this with any other app.
I know, I know theirs tons of apps for “customizing your keyboard” but most are just sad cash grabs. Why pay for a custom background when you can get for free with google? Lol. But this app is truly a hidden gem. It’s a bit rough, but from what I’ve found it is the ONLY app of its kind, it truly has customizable keyboards. Not only can you make your own it comes with HEAPS of Unicode symbols and characters. The interface is to say the least confusing but with no ads and pay blocks I got to say. This app is truly amazing. However it needs some work. For example, you should stream line the creation of layers, and make it to where you can duplicate and save individual layers. Another thing that would make this app a lot better is a more user friendly interface, perhaps even a drag resize and snap system for layer creation. Oh and one big thing is that when you open the app it feels very closed off. Like make it to where you can go straight into the keyboard customization. One bug I’ve found is (when trying to remove the last cell on a layer causes the app to crashes and makes that layer on accessible due to crashing). Other than that I think it’s a great app! And would love to see continued development. And tbh I wouldn’t mind a few ads between switching menus just now ads that block the interface!
