Xcel Energy

The App has been useful in many ways. I use it mainly to process monthly payments and reviewing invoices and charges. While there’s always room for improvements, I am proud of Xcel for making funding donations available to many institutions including nonprofits. Not only are they an important pillar to the workforce community, but they also financially support various community projects all around their service territories. Kudos to Xcel and their staff!

Now I’m more upset than ever. It’s forcing me to make a payment today when it’s not due for another three weeks. Everything I do doesn’t work. When I try to type in the new did the screen jumps up and down wildly. What is the matter with you? I’ve never had a problem making payments before but this is intolerable. Why did you eliminate the old app there’s nothing really wrong with it. this app is a total disaster. It’s not functional. I can’t find a place to make a payment. It has the wrong information of my address and phone number. It brings up wrong accounts. I need to make a payment and I don’t know how to do that. It’s a complete disaster. Shame on you!!! …………….I see the developer only replies to positive reviews. In my opinion they should be fired and somebody else hired to fix this mess.

The new app is ridiculous and not as easy to navigate as the old app. The old app looked better and was much easier to navigate than the newer version. I don’t like Xcel as is and I’d rather have a different company but they are the only company where I live so that’s why I have them. They are constantly changing things so once you get used to something and have a way to get things done they change things. ( the app changes less than the rates so I guess they are trying to keep up with the rate increases)
