WRVO Public Radio App

I travel a lot for work and love being able to listen to my local station knowing the schedule but recent updates that changed the appearance and ways to interact with the app are less than user friendly. Too much hunting around required to find information and shows, and there is nothing worse than autoplay while investigating which show to play on demand.

The WRVO app allows me, a frequent traveler, to bring a piece of home wherever I go, for which I am immensely grateful. The app is well designed and reliable. Not only can I stream live programming without issues, but I can also catch up on programs I’ve missed through the on-demand feature. Thanks, WRVO!

WRVO's app delivers their NPR programming via live stream consistently and without crashing. But the bonus is the "on demand" feature where one can catch up on programs missed, or revisit a story heard. In my experience, this is the only app with this feature. The app is easy to navigate, it's reliable, and it doesn't hog a lot of space on my device. Thanks for a great app.
