Mobile App Doesn’t Work
As stated by many reviewers, app does not recognize info entered to access account. App is truly garbage. Too bad this hasn’t been rectified due to so many other complaints.

Doesn’t Work
A company such as this that people depend on should have a working app. We recently had an internet outage due to a storm and it would be nice to report the issue and get an estimated time as to when it will be repaired. Or even see an outage map! Even for simple things like paying bills. Get with it Wow!!!

Won’t Find My Account
The app simply does not work. It will not recognize my account, find it, or do anything. I can use the WOW website and log into my account just fine. I also tried the other WOW apps, they found my account, but I’m not set up for online media.
