Wood Out: Color Jam

It’s fun game. However, the first few levels give you a false sense of hope where there’s an ad every few levels as you’d expect. Then it switches gears and gives you a four page ad EVERY LEVEL. Okay, so how much money are they annoying me for? It’s $9.99 to get rid of ads?!? This is extortion. I deleted this game immediately when I saw this and came straight here to tell you it’s not worth your time. You spend more time watching ads than playing. Devs, if you want money, make a good (fully complete -because this isn’t) game with interesting features. I’ll spend money on great games when they’re free to support good work by good developers. I WILL NOT give a dime to devs that pester, annoy, and deliver a terrible game in order to persuade me to spend money. It’s a shameful and pitiful practice.

I've tried dozens of exit puzzle type games. Many are frustrating or lag or force you to buy special items because levels are unbeatable otherwise. This game is not one of those. It's enjoyable, every level thus far (I'm on level 162) has been solvable, and it's just challenging enough to be fun and rewarding without being so hard that it's frustrating. This is definitely my favorite puzzle game so far!

I liked this game so much I invested in paying for no ads (there really weren’t many ads anyway but I very much despise any and all ads). Then I reached level 92. I don’t know if it’s a glitch but I am unable to get past it and thought it was my fault. I exhausted all of my power-ups and coins trying to pass the level. Then I purchased extra time and power-ups and was able to finish the level twice correctly and STILL wasn’t allowed to advance to the next level. I’m very disappointed in the situation and regret investing any money in the game. Can this be fixed? It would be nice to be reimbursed for the unnecessary expenditure in the form of power-ups or game credits. If it wasn’t for this issue, I’d be giving it five stars.
