Wodify

Wodify has been improving over the 6 years I’ve been using it at my local CrossFit gym (S/O CrossFit Medford). I remember back when the entire interface was black and white. Now Wodify has been updating and improving exponentially, making it easier and more user friendly than ever. From checking previous 1 rep max (1RM), to showing a visual percentage of your 1RM for whatever lift you’re attempting. Sometimes the WOD calls for 5x5 at 70%, and the last thing I want to do at the gym is some mental math. But Wodify has you covered and gives you a range from 45%- 100% of your 1RM in 5% increments. That’s just one example of how much Wodify makes your fitness journey easier and enjoyable. They keep meticulous records of previous workouts letting you know if you beat your old PR (personal record). As well as a comment section after workouts letting you encourage and congratulate others. I cannot wait to see how Wodify will change in the future. Always some new innovative update coming our way.
