This is the worst app in modern history. I don’t recommend Wise Net; you can’t get anyone anytime of the day seven days a week on the phone. I only got someone on the phone once and no one I mean no one knew what they were doing so I had to figure it out myself. My iPhone 12 and 14 has not been connected to my cameras since February of this year. It keep giving me device failed to connect. Then it would tell me to check perimeter. Can’t get any assistance at all. I have even upgraded my WiFi with my carrier, still don’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled the app same old same old thing. I have replaced the cameras more than I can count. Matter fact every eighteen months. They do not care about their customers. I am not happy point blank. I will be reporting this to the BBB. Update: it is now August 2023, I still haven’t been able to get anyone to assist me with this app. It doesn’t make any sense. I know the company has to see this or these reviews for the customers that are problems with app. Would someone send me the phone number to reach this company, the one in the Quick Start Up Guide is not the answer. Or send a screenshot of the upgraded app if they have one. This is sad, After 6 years you would thing the company would respond to the legit complaints from their customers; I am not a robot.

The app works fine on the iPhone except when camera goes out and has to be unplugged to be reset. That happened first day with 1 camera. The 2nd camera went out the other day. 3rd seems to be stable. That is not practical for the cameras that were installed using ladders. 2nd, there is no PC version for the SNK model. The SNK model is to be used exclusively for your phone. Meaning you get to run down your phone battery just for the privilege of using this $300 product every day. Once you realize you cannot stream the camera feeds from your PC, Samsung counts on you not returning this product once you’ve installed. Don’t buy this, total scam.

Has a few flaws but overall works ok. 1st flaw is if the month takes up 6 weeks of lines the last days will not be accessible on the playback calendar due to the overlap of the days and the events tab. So July 2017 day 30 and 31 you are unable to select for playback because they are on top of the next section called events. Therefore every time you try to select those two dates it just thinks you are selecting the events section. There is no font adjustment either to help fix the overlap. 2nd flaw would be the reopening of the app. Once you back out of the app even if you leave it open you can not resume the live feed or playback without shutting the app completely down and reopening if it fresh. It will just continue to think and do nothing. Update: this seems to reopen now with an update but it is really slow. 3rd flaw would be the lack of an option to manually enter a time for playback. As of now you have to slide a time bar back and forth and it isn't very precise. A place to manually enter a time or time frame would be better for easier access of video playback. 4th flaw is there isn't a way to send the video clips you capture to another source i.e. Fb or just to you files on the phone. The video clips you save are saved just to the app. So how can can I share these? I had to have another app that records my phone screen while I watch the clip I wish to share. Pain. Other than that I still find the app useful but could be improved.
