Wind Wings: Space Shooter

This was a good space shooter, but the developers are way too greedy. It was fun when you could replay levels that you’ve beat and still earn diamonds which you have to have to buy ships and upgrades to your ships but now that they updated it they stopped that so I will be deleting the game. It cost a lot to upgrade your main weapons and when you do it doesn’t feel any stronger until you upgrade 4 times and in my case that would be around 50,000 diamonds! No thanks! If they want money that bad they should charge for the game and not act like it’s free because you can’t go far if you don’t spend tea money. At least before the upgrade people played and replayed levels and watched adds but now I’d say a lot of people will delete. One final gripe you can watch adds and if you watch 10 you get a 24hr premium for a day and 300 diamonds but after you do it twice they want you to pay $1.00 only once it says. And you get a booster item before every game and earn better ones the farther you get and mine stopped showing up the good ones that is only the ones from the beginning I get anymore not the ones that really help, I guess people were getting too far with the good boosters without spending real cash lol

So I’ve been playing the game for about 2 weeks, I like supporting developers of games since I know that everyone needs to make money and if it’s good why not? I’m VIP level 3 and apparently that’s not enough for this game. Why you ask? You want to get more coins from the round? Purchase. You want to upgrade your ship another rank? Spend money. You want to have enough money to upgrade your weapons? Pay for it. I’ve never seen a game with so many blatant buy this and buy that at every turn. Every single menu is flooded with purchase this and purchase that. I’ve spent a good $15 which I think is more than fair for a game I’ve played for 2 weeks but nope. This game is money hungry like I’ve never seen before. You won’t get far if you don’t spend $100 to upgrade one single ship. All in all I’m about to give up for the blatant disrespect for its working class consumers. Skip this there’s less greedy ones out there.

I’ve had this game for a couple weeks now and I’m really enjoying it. It combines aspects of two other games of this variety, while making it entirely possible to succeed without spending money. I won’t lie, I forked over for the premium to avoid ads, but the quality and fairness of the game seems worth it to me. One thing that bugs me though is that I can’t see my coin and star count because of the notch in my iPhone. I can see it when switching apps, but that’s only because I just noticed that’s the only way I can see it. Thanks for providing an alternative to this genre that likes to make the game impossibly difficult for its players to succeed without paying for stuff.
