Wikiparfum

Echoing what others have said, it’s SO slow and buggy. For example if I type in a specific fragrance from b&bw, it’ll pull up in the search. But if I try to go to that section from the brands list it says it can’t pull anything up. Won’t load any of my recommendations. I sat on a loading screen for like 10 minutes, tried with and without WiFi and nothing. I heard about this from OliviaOlfactory on TT and was super excited, hopefully they improve this soon because I’d really love this app.

I love the idea of this and it would 100% get me to buy more fragrances, but the app is just too buggy to operate. Even on the first launch where you put in your favorite 2 scents, the app has difficultly loading and pulling up listings.

This is a beautiful app, the photos and information are wonderful, but its not the most functional of apps. I cant log in cause whenever i try to enter anything, it automatically scrolls down to a blank area and will not allow me to enter anything. Hard to explain, but frustrating. Id love to see more perfumers added, it seems a bit limited - i tried looking up jerome epinette, who is pretty well known, but he was not listed. Unfortunately i havent found the similar perfumes super accurate, but that is tough to do with just analyzing ingredients/accords, as we all know things can smell completely different even if they share most of the same notes. Id love an option to create your own shelf, so you can keep track of what you have (maybe this is part of the logging in features?), or save the notes you like and it returns perfumes you should try? Im very passionate about fragrance and havent found the right tool (sorry fragrantica, parfumo, etc), with a few tweaks, this could be the one. Great start overall!
