I received a sale item that was faulty and I sent an email with photos included to get a refund but I have not received any response. This was done on the day I received my order which was almost a month ago. I was going to send through a second email but a nasty message comes up saying your email will be put at the end of the queue if you send multiple emails. This company has no other point of contact than through an email yet you get no response which is very frustrating for a customer. I have never experienced this before with any other online business. This was also my first time ordering through white fox so not a great experience for me. Answer your customers people they are the ones keeping your business alive.

I cannot check my return order in the app. It’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve sent $200 worth to return because the size wasn’t accurate and quality also wasn’t good enough and I haven’t heard anything back from them I have sent an email asking what’s happening and also no reply, I don’t know another way to contact them and I don’t know what’s going on I wonder if I don’t hear back what can I do, who will give me the money back ???

I absolutely adore white fox boutique and there clothing, it may seem pricey but is well worth it for the quality and how long they last you✨I like to think about how many times I’m going to wear compared to how many times I have to pay for it❤️
