Fireplace heats well and is pretty but app does not connect, remote battery died, and the buttons on device have limited options (off/on-high/on-low/change color)
This app is a nice added touch. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It’s a convenient alternative to the remote. Really enjoying this fireplace. It would be cool if it worked with WiFi too.
Bought the unit a couple weeks back and after assembling it works fine, but the app won’t connect to the unit, making the app essentially useless. It only initially connected once after we had just assembled it, but after that it hasn’t been able to connect anymore. Not sure if this is due to iOS 11 updates or what. In the Bluetooth settings screen of my iPhone I connect it to BLE003U, which I’m assuming is the fireplace, but still nothing. Even after it says it’s connected in my Bluetooth settings when I try to change anything in the app a box pops up saying “Unable to connect to fireplace.” Just wanted to leave this review in hopes that the makes will see it and fix this issue
