This has to be one of the worst ticket apps developed. Error messages show up more often than not. It’s so basic it’s useless.
-“Something went wrong” window occurs too often. Takes forever it to work again -transfer tickets option appears then disappears all of the time -it doesn’t tell you who you sent the tickets to UNTIL it’s claimed by recipient. You have to keep track of who got what ticket. If needing to revoke a ticket, you won’t know whose to revoke unless you were keeping track. Please fix these issues
