Even though I have remember me and Face ID enabled, every couple of days I need to log back in again.

Because if you did you would realize how tedious and cumbersome it is to use this product I mean when you pull up the list of transactions it says “ pre-authorized ACH debit” but you have to click on each transaction to see what it is specifically The there’s a button of view all transactions so it’s a whole bunch of clicking that’s just extra steps to do what you want like even clicking to see the check image is why don’t they just populate automatically And then there’s that stupid picture of the guys with the tablet and the stylus why don’t you just get rid of that picture altogether and put something meaningful or useful in that space all of my account so I don’t have to hit the extra button to view all my accounts or even put a total balance there of all of my accounts

When are you going to allow the customer to initiate electronic bank transfers through the app and online to other major banks???
