Wellmy - Heart Rate Monitor

The AI help is weak, like a child who is afraid to admit he doesn’t know the answer. Example, I am trying to find where I can add my BP cuff numbers which it mentions in the initial setup, but haven’t found the secret place to add them. Asking “where to add cuff numbers” returns vague “look for an option like add data or manual entry…” which is exactly what I’m looking for and can’t find! There’s been other things I’ve asked and thus far haven’t received an adequate response. I had a heart ablation two days ago and need to keep track of my progress. This is the latest AI help. I agree, there “should be” but there ISN’T! “To synchronize your Wellmy app with your iPhone, start by ensuring both your watch and your iPhone are connected via Bluetooth. Then, open the Wellmy app on your iPhone. There should be an option like 'Devices,' 'Settings,' or 'Sync' within the app. Tap on that and follow the prompts to sync the devices. If you encounter any difficulties during the syncing process, restarting both devices can sometimes help resolve these issues.

"Just because you cancel the trial doesn't mean you dont get charged after the free trial is over" Developer replies with the same (I know im getting away with it but I got to play it off) reply to the multiple reviews dealing with this same exact issue. Before the developer replies with a lie. I was curious about the app function and I got the free trial to test it and seemed like a gimmick and inaccurate and cancelled long before the free trial was going to be over. Even though under my purchases/subscription tab it says "Expired/cancelled" DAYS BEFORE TRIAL ENDED on March 3rd I found out days later on March 7th there was a purchase done without any authorization (The day the free trial would end if i kept it). Reported it to Apple like the developer claims you can do and it's just a reply he gives to make it seem like it's possible and it's not his fault. Apple reviewed the first denial and apple said refund isn't possible and thats final. I have reported and deleted the app for fraud and bad intentions. A developer shouldn't find loop holes and run arounds to get people's money especially when the people are cancelling day's before the trial ends.

Good afternoon well am nor that much into leaving reviews for apps but this app seems to me really interesting, the only question or concern I have is that if it really real meaning that if it really measures how your health is for real or it’s just fake, that’s my only concern about this app because if it’s real all this information about my health meaning the numbers it shows than it’s really really an awesome app for all the people that use this app. Well sorry for writing to much and all the best to you guys that made this app. Gos bless you.
