I was surprised to all the negative reviews here. when I used the app I was pleasantly surprised. It was intuitive and did everything I needed it to including scheduling drop off date and location. I was also given a phone number to call and be in touch directly with the courier the day of. I do speak Czech which helps and I could see the app being a pain if you don’t. But otherwise it’s two thumbs up from me.

Firstly the app starts automatically in Czech and doesn’t start with language options. Couldn’t easily create account on app because the delivery person doesn’t speak properly in English and was rude. I wasn’t home to pickup so the delivery person just doesn’t help. Gives me notification 10 mins before he arrives. Delivery window is 8-11am. So i expect another try but he says collect it at point. Why do i pay 119 kc for delivery service when they do no do it properly. Probably the first and last time I’ll ever use this company.

Rude; grouchy courier gave 10 min notice before delivery attempt by sms while we were out of town. Didn't answer mobile, turns up and calls complaining that we’re not there. Says he’ll deliver to wedo pickup box but doesn't do it. Now get a notice they’ll deliver tmrw even though we told the courier we’re out all week!? The app is absolutely useless; doesn’t allow you to change delivery date or redirect to a pick-up box. What’s the point of this app??? DPD,DHL & Zasilkovna all manage online comms no problem. This company has no reason to exist.
