I’ve been using WCIS for several years now and it’s helped make my show the best it’s ever been! Keith is active and attentive to customer service, always working enthusiastically on improving the app and expanding its features!
We started using this app for a live karaoke band 2-4 nights a week. I had some feature questions and a request, so I wrote the developer, figuring I'd get some sort of form and all that nonsense. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call via facebook and he walked me through the best way to use this on stage as well as how to get the users familiar with it.The good news is that our singers are smart (and great singers) and honest (they don't steal the iPad used to sign up) and we are able to squeeze in at least 3-4 more singers an hour, which is a lot if you want to sing with a live band! The other band members can see what's next on the list on their ipads and the singers can see their position in either the app or we also project it onscreen when we can. I'm looking forward to the next update and all the cool stuff they're planning. If you have a standard karaoke night, this will make your life better. If you are a musician and host in a karaoke band, you really ought to give it a shot for a few gigs. Your singers will love it.
I recently started using this app. And so far I love it! I admit I had a lil trouble navigating the initial set up but it was well worth it and Keith is awesome, he not only know the app. Inside and out, he is right there via text/ email/ or chat to get you what you need! Can’t thank you enough for the great and almost instant service.
