Not all emails can be used for forced signup. Can’t use existing tuya app…must be this buggy piece of junk. Makes you pick region and city and then gets stuck…unless you say you are in USA. Can’t find water softener and so therefore can’t proceed…. Doesn’t prompt for saved user/pass….etc. all the issues of a throw away app that you are supposed to keep using….
