The description of the product and what I actually got are two different things. I do not like any of the pictures. I don’t like any thing about this product. I would love to get my money back

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option as I have received 0 service.
I don’t see anywhere on the app description, that this is not for Fitbit versa. After looking at the watch faces, I realized that you couldn’t download these to the Fitbit. I emailed the attached email address and they responded. “This is not the same company.” They suggested another email, who I tried, and got no response. I emailed again after verifying that I had the right one on the app. No response. Your welcome for the $20, for images I can do nothing with. I Should have done the trial. But I guess you got my money. Hope it’s worth the bad review.
