I was talked into getting gap insurance, it was explained to me that if u total ur car gap pays for what car insurance don’t. That was a lie, we did total our car and through this credit union gap, it didn’t pay. I have worse credit score because gap didn’t pay and they put it against us. So I go buy another car and ford ask about gap we laughed and said no it don’t pay, he asked what and we told them what Washington area credit union did and there response was well ours does pay. So bottom line is we were lied too and am still paying higher prices because this bank lies to its customers. Hate this bank and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever.
