I have been with Chrome since 2011 before they were even known as chrome. they are the sweetest most down to earth, helpful, kind human beings, unlike most banks where you are a number and you are a commodity. They actually hear you and help you and have compassion for you something so rare in the baking business that I will never go anywhere anywhere else even though I now live across the country. I highly recommend Chrome as ones home town bank!! I’ve been with them since 2012, I have to be honest in the beginning it was a little rocky due too my account being switched over from my previous Credit Union being closed down for legal issues!! I grew to love and appreciate and the warm reception and response from the representative over the years!! I couldn’t ask for better service from any other local banks!! I recently tried to add a new payable account and was prevented by having to resign back into my account! I tried to, but there is a problem with my password. I had changed it and apparently wrote it down incorrectly. Now I need to get assistance from my wife to change my password! Why? I was originally against the merger of Pgh Central Federal Credit Union with Chrome, but accepted it. You have good people working for you! I do all my banking on my phone at home. I won’t access my account outside my home unless absolutely forced to do it. I don’t use an outside Wi-Fi to avoid the possibility of corrupting my personal information.
