Walmart Pharmacy App

They updated their app with the two factor authentication and since then I can no longer login. They text me the code and the app won’t accept it. It’s truly amazing that accompany this size has not fixed this by now it’s been months….

After the latest update the app became painful to use. The login process does not remember any of the user’s info and these have to be entered manually. Then there is a two factor authentication that works inconsistently. Today I tried six times between getting a code by text or call and it still didn’t happen. Why not use biometrics instead?! Most phones have a face IF or finger print. If banking apps use it, why can’t you?! Kindly fix this. Thanks

I open the app, sign in and nothing but a white screen. I’m on recurring medications and yet no refill has been applied to my meds. I get a referral for medication and the pharmacy tells me no they don’t have it. As useless as Walmart itself.
