Purchased this app for the full year and would not recommend it after attempting to use it the first time. No audio or video on how to do the exercises, you have to read how to do them all and then the timer associated with the exercises goes forever until you stop it. Since I haven’t grown a third arm yet to hold my phone while doing these work outs I would not recommend this app. I tried reaching out to the company to ask for a refund and their contact page provides me with a load error each time. Skip this app, there are others with much better visuals to show you how to do the exercise while also having audio to tell you how to do it, and those apps also provide a timer.
Trying out the very first exercise for only 30 seconds had me feeling the burn. This app features hundreds of simple yet effective exercises with no equipment necessary that can be done in the comfort of my own home. I like to plan my days ahead, so being able to create my own workout schedule within the app itself is awesome. The suggested workouts would be helpful for those days I’m in a rush. The ability to pick focus points and set goals is really helpful, too.
