Wake Tech App

works overall, and the layout/design is pretty great. i won’t be using it because it signs me out every time i close it but if you can get past that it’s good.

Needless to say, this app is the worst. There’s always a bug every other day. When I need to login by the app it never works. And when I don’t need to login it works. I’m always constantly having to call IT who is oblivious to any of the problems going on with the app. They give me the run around and say they will submit a ticket but nothing ever happens. It’s 2022 and by the reviews the app is STILL not fixed. This is unbelievable that wake tech having millions of dollars from tuition will still be so stingy and not invest in a good app for their students. I cannot wait until I graduate so that I don’t have to keep having this ongoing problem.

The app is convenient. However, what’s not convenient are the bugs in this app. I can’t access my student email all of the time. It refreshes itself over and over again. In Blackboard, all of the words are jumbled together. I hope this app is fixed by the time I begin classes.
