Voice Translator: AI Translate

This worked very well for translating Korean to English, and translations are more accurate compared to Papago, Google Translate and some other apps. I would love a lecture mode where you can just press record once and transcriptions appear in English and Korean, scrolling automatically so you don’t have to keep pressing record or clear the screen to read. This would be similar to live captioning for lectures. Ideally those transcripts could be saved for review later. Other apps like iTranslate have this feature but their translations of Korean are lower quality, so I haven’t found the perfect tool yet. If this mode can be added this app would have 5 stars for me!

People rate way too low of stars, for something could not create themselves. Just because an app wants a subscription doesn’t mean the app isn’t great. It’s still cheaper than that Netflix subscription you probably forgot you had. Anyhow, this app translates pretty well. Although, it does seem to not hear very well if someone is speaking too quickly or fluently. I know the technology might be hard to refine in this way, but if you could allow the mic to adjust better to the full range of sound, as well as give the user an extended amount of time for conversation before fully translating, that would be perfect. I must say though, it translates Ukrainian pretty well and this is rough language to translate in the first place. I have found my conversations becoming much easier with the person I am talking to when learning Ukrainian and identifying my mistakes or when making sure I’m saying something correctly. You have made a pretty strong application, breaking language barriers. However, people might need an easier format with the enhancements, as they might not know how to completely use them. I’d say maybe give them a large banner that notifies them how to utilize the enhancements, when integrating them into the sequence. This might get you less annoying 1 star reviews from people who can’t read context clues. All in all, amazing app! Thanks guys!

I have a girlfriend with a father who only speaks Spanish. I am currently learning Spanish so I cannot speak it fluently. I’ve been through many apps to try and have conversations with him and they were always so expensive. I found this one for a better price which is wonderful and I subscribed for a year. As someone who has tried multiple other voice to translate apps I noticed some things and have some suggestions. Sometimes the translation will start before you are finished talking. This can disrupt the flow of a conversation. I suggest giving it a longer window of time before it announces the translation or better yet a button to press when you are finished. I did turn off the auto translate button in the setting which helped but conversations are slightly less fluid now. Also- some of the translations are innacurate until I use the AI magic afterwards. This makes things slower. May I suggest a setting to auto add AI magic whenever you speak. I like this app a lot. Just some suggestions
