The Spanish translation is very fast. It would be helpful to be able to slow down the speaker.

I downloaded this app and they billed for the year without a trial. The app does not function - the language defaults keep resetting so that it only translates from English to English or Spanish to English. I am in Japan and it is now working. The app shows that you can cancel subscription but there is not a an obvious place in the app to cancel or instructions for how to do this. The app is likely a scam and I am leaving a review in hopes that someone cancel - ideally I’d get a refund too as I just downloaded and cannot use the app. I tried to submit a query on their customer support app but the form shows an “error” and I cannot submit concern or request to cancel on their site. This is a poor product and may be a scam.

The app doesn’t save my languages. It keeps going back to Spanish which I have never used. When trying to use the face to face feature it gets stuck on a loading screen. The help portal takes you to a FAQ with only two q/an and there is no way to submit a question for help even more annoying there is a portal there that says sign up but after you sign up when you try to log in it says you aren’t authorized. In short, the app doesn’t work and there is no available help.
