Cheater company. Very disappointed. First they sell you membership forcefully after that they will change your plan without informing you and take the signature. It is very poor experience for me. I just go to VLCC Behala Chowrasta for hair spa. They wanted me to take a membership for hair treatment. I told them I will go for hair spa only but they added other thing also without informing me and took signature. When i told a ma’am Suchismita Bhattacharya in Behala Chowrasta she told me very badly even you go to police or court I will not change this. Amit, worker and suchismita ma’am cheated and treated me very badly. After the membership they started to ignoring me. They used to waited me for long time even there is no one in her cabin. After 4 therapy, they did not do a session just telling me that I have lice on my hair. You giving me treatment how i get the lice it’s your problem. You should check before taking the membership.

Extremely Disappointed – Felt Cheated and Neglected I trusted VLCC and invested several lakhs of rupees in their services, believing I would receive professional care and genuine support. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely the opposite. After payment, I was neglected. There has been little to no follow-up, no proper communication, and absolutely no service that justifies the amount I paid. Despite repeated attempts to get clarity or results, I’ve only been met with delays, excuses, and silence. This has been a deeply frustrating and emotionally exhausting experience. I feel cheated, and I regret trusting this company with my money and my well-being. I hope VLCC takes this seriously and stops treating customers this way. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before committing to any large payments.
