When the service is down there is no way to report it. The App keeps looping the user through tests that do not solve the problem and there is no way for further escalation. There is never an estimated time of service restoration and, when it happens during the weekend, the only option is to wait the next business day and visit a store.
The app is extremely slow and hard to use because of it
Oihave a land line that had been out of service for many months while I’ve called all the time for a tecnician to come and fix it. In the mean time I received many messages asking how I liked the the tecnician services (??????) Finally one came and fixed it. Now I NEED A REIMBURSEMENT for the dead line time and cannot have it.
