i don't understand why Koreans always make web apps which are barely usable but when it comes to website they suddenly make it compatible with mobile UI. Both the VBP app & website are unusable. Instructions on it are clear though. Cannot pay with mobile app (too laggy) and switch to website. Everything works fine until I need to pay with VISA. It required you to type in verification code. But you CANT SCROLL DOWN to hit the confirm button! I thought this was a browser issue so I switched browser it happened again. You just can’t pay.
So first off. The Visit Busan Pass is incredible, highly recommend, it gave my girlfriend and me an amazing time, you can easily double or triple the value for the money it costs. The app itself though, while it works, you can view the different attractions etc. works quite badly. The login method is really outdated. Each time I click into an attraction it navigates me back to the main page instead of where I left off. It’s very slow. And somehow, it used up 2 GB of mobile data even though it has no videos or anything, it should be a bunch of static images, how could it use up so much??Anyways, those are my gripes about the app. I still bought the physical card, because that one gives you 3k won on transport also, which the app doesn’t.For the Busan Pass itself:You get 40k to use at the 7luck casino, which just halves the cost of the 48h pass (I got lucky and managed to come out with 100k, but that’s beside the point)The Luge course was fun. The Poisson de Cabinet was an incredible photo spot. The photo flipbook was super cute. And the Spas (especially Oasis) were incredible.Highly recommend to anyone, will be getting it again next time I come to Busan.
I can’t open it on my phone
