It's frustrating that this is the only software I can use to control the scoreboard our school purchased as its very basic and not user friendly at all. At the very least we should be able to reorder the solutions to make it easier to send to the board and why is there no folder system? I guess the developers must think that most people will be using this to create 1-2 solutions max. It does the job, but that's about it.

Last week the app went through an update, which is awful! The weather option does not show and the time stamp shows correct on my phone but not on the sign, so no longer can use those two options on our sign. Also, when I go to add text, before it worked perfect, now it’s either way too small or way too big and doesn’t fit the screen. I go in this morning to change some items on our sign and none of my solutions are showing. So I can’t even take off those expired events. This is an awful update and I hope they resolve the issues quickly!

Viplex handy may not be super user friendly and may be sometimes a little janky, but it’s free and does the job. I have had few issues with maintaining and controlling my billboard networks playlist. For those doing this without an management company, this is an invaluable tool. I doubled the size of one of the boards and was able to reprogram the layout easily, though I did have to play with it a bit to figure out what was going on.
