VidAI - AI Hug Video Maker

I seen a ad for this app, I love it because I have had family pass away before meeting the grandkids and I thought it would mean so much to have them be able to hug those who have passed. Every time I have tried to make a video with clear pictures, the videos never processed! It says you have free credits to use but once you try to use them it takes you to a subscription page. Tried to contact the support email the app provides and the email doesn’t even work! I have had all my emails sent back to me because they failed to deliver to them. This is such a huge scam! And they have charged my card extra for the subscription, I disputed it with my bank because this is absolutely ridiculous! This app should not even be allowed on the App Store. If I could give 0 stars I would, better yet, negative stars would better suit this trash app.

There’s different templates to use some work better than others. It’s hard to take two people and get AI to put them together in one preacher because it also tries to match the background so it doesn’t look natural when you’re trying to mesh two different backgrounds so there are some trick to using this that not everybody would be able to do probably in the hugging video when I provide two perfectly close-up nice sharp quality images AI changes the faces so they don’t even look like the people that you submitted. So that’s not good so I got a few good live action pictures out of this, but I’m deleting it and I will try a different one. It is cool though, but not what I expected,

Sometimes when doing a specific project it will go into a totally different template than the one you selected. Like example if you wanted to do the Kissing, Fighting template it sometimes would do the Hugging template instead and vice versa.
