What a joke — you build an app and tell people it can be used to check toll transactions and balances. Turns out it simply brings up a webpage where you have to log in again (with no support for FaceID, and doesn’t remember your password at all), and have to do it every time. So the app is basically a glorified web browser. Useless.

Bro my grandma could’ve made a more optimised programme from her grave, if u wanna take our money like this at least give us a usable app for our phones, I can’t even put my money in, isn’t that the point of ur business? To make money?? I can’t even do that?! Bruh rewrite this app so i can use it. Or my grandma will do it instead

The worst UI and UX I have ever seen in my life. The UI is not intuitive to use at all. Navigation is not designed as normally as it should (e.g. Clicking “Back” pushes one more navigation page instead of popping.) Menu show-up is not responsive and appears to be a web request (Menu will not work when network is not available)
