Velocity Pay: Card Payments

On 17 December, I made a transfer of INR 20,000 using my credit card. The amount was debited successfully, and I received a confirmation email. However, the receiver never received the money, and the Velocity system showed the payment as failed. Their support team acknowledged the issue and cited a technical glitch, assuring me multiple times (on 19th Dec and again on 24th Dec) that the transfer would be re-initiated. Unfortunately, even after more than a week, there was no payment, no refund, and no proper update. After that, they stopped responding to emails completely. Because of this unresolved issue, I was forced to initiate a bank chargeback. I am sharing this review to warn other users. Please be very cautious while using this service, especially for large amounts, as follow-up and resolution are extremely poor.

How any new users trust such platform if no helpline or 24/7 reach for any financial platform. Such facing settlement pending for 2days and none is available to connect or settled immediately. Velocity pay remind me is like manual system (., people going to deposit the NEFT form to bank) in digital era banking. Big questions:, Velocity hold the fund at own end for such long for own benefits and users suffering!

I am using Velocity Pay from last 1 month. Very good app for payments by credit card. Support is also very nice. I am very happy with Velocity Pay. Thank you Team Velocity 🙏
